WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

There is no return policy because returns aren't accepted.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. Our team works diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the weather. We ship Monday through Thursday no exception. We will ship to either a hub or your home depending on your request, and what is offered through the shipping company. If your order date is on a holiday it will be shipped out the next shipping day available. The only exception is the shipping of hatching eggs. This may include a wait time but you will be notified about such through your inquiry before you make a purchase. We are big on communication, so we will keep you in the loop on hatching eggs.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we only ship within the country. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach our international customers. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping options.
